Established in 2024, Miraypan Carbons Private Limited specializes in the manufacture and development of high-quality carbon fabrics and Carbon related products. Our journey began in 2018 with small-scale R&D, where our promoters successfully developed carbon products using Rayon precursors. This initial lab-scale production laid the foundation for our current state-of-the-art manufacturing facility.

Today, we operate a vertical manufacturing unit with an impressive 30,000 square feet weaving facility , 25,000 square feet processing facility and an additional 5000 square feet unit dedicated to research and development. Our plant has an annual production capacity of 30 tonnes, supplying a wide range of carbon-based products, including fabrics, felts, tapes ,fibers, yarns and powders.

Our R&D department, equipped for rigorous research and testing, plays a crucial role in our innovation. It conducts diverse research activities, from proof-of-concept studies to full-scale production, including advanced prototyping, material system development, and material characterization. At Miraypan Carbons, we are committed to advancing carbon technology with a focus on quality, reliability, and cutting-edge innovation.

MIRAYPAN CARBONS envisions expanding its manufacturing capacity for rayon carbon felts, carbon tapes, carbon yarns, carbon fibers, and carbon powders, with a strategic goal to increase annual carbon fabric production from 30 tonnes to 60 tonnes by 2026.
